To the state taxation bureaus and local taxation bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan:

For the purpose of implementing the Enterprise Income Tax Law of the Peoples Republic of China and the Implementing Rules thereof, the State Administration of Taxation has formulated the Annual Tax Return Form for Enterprise Income Tax and the Annexes thereof and hereby issued these Forms to you for printi
