Administrative Measures on Complete Foreign-aid Projects (Tentative)

Adopted at the 13th executive meeting of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China on December 26, 2008, the Administrative Measures on Complete Foreign-aid Projects (Tentative) are hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of January 1, 2009.

Article 1 These Measures are formulated for the purposes of strengthening the management of complete foreign-aid projects (CFAP), ensuring the project quality and enhancing the aid effectiveness.
