To the departments (bureaus) of finance, state taxation bureaus, local taxation bureaus, and bureaus of work safety of all provinces , autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated under the state plan and the financial bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

The Catalogue of Preferential Enterprise Income Tax Treatments for Enterprises Manufacturing Special Work Safety Equipment (2008), which has been approved by the State Council , is hereby issued and shall come into effect on January 1, 2008.
