With the goal of facilitating the implementation of the Procedures for the Administration of the Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies (Order No. 53 of the China Securities Regulatory Commission), further regulating the major asset restructuring of listed companies, encouraging listed companies to properly carry out decision-making work, improving the accuracy and completeness of information disclosure, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has formulated the Regulations Concerning Several Issues Relevant to the Regulation of the Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies which are hereby promulgated, listed companies as well as relevant organizations and individuals shall implement accordingly.
