The Administrative Measures for the Record Filing of Commercial Franchises were deliberated upon and adopted at the 6th executive meeting of Ministry of Commerce on April 6, 2007．They are hereby presented and shall be implemented as of May 1, 2007．

Article 1　For the primary aims of intensifying administration on commercial franchises and regulating the market order of franchises, these Measures are formulated according to the relevant provisions in Regulations on Administering Commercial Franchises (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations)．
