Procedures on the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies

The Procedures on the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies deliberated and adopted at the 196th Chairman Working Meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission are hereby promulgated and shall be effective as of the date of promulgation．

Chapter 1　General Provisions

Article 1　These Procedures are formulated in accordance with the Company Law, the Securities Law and other laws and administrative regulations in order to regulate information disclosure of issuers, listed companies and other persons with information disclosure obligations, to strengthen the administration of information disclosure affairs
