The Provisions on the Administration of Foreign-invested Construction Service Enterprises deliberated and adopted by the 103rd General Meeting of the Ministry of Construction on 19 September 2006 and the 10th Ministerial Affair Meeting of the Ministry of Commerce on 20 December 2006 are hereby promulgated and shall be effective as of 26 March 2007.
