Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, President of the People's Republic of China　　Order [2006] No．55 of the President of the People's Republic of China　　27 August 2006

The Partnership Enterprise Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 23rd Session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress on 27 August 2006．The Partnership Enterprise Law of the People's Republic of China, as amended, is hereby issued for implementation as of 1 June 2007．
