In accordance with the Regulations on Compulsory Insurance for Liabilities for Auto traffic Accidents (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) and the relevant laws and regulations, the compulsorily insurance for liabilities of auto traffic accidents (hereinafter referred to as the "compulsory insurance of auto traffic accidents" ) will be implemented from 1 July 2006．For the purpose of strengthening the administration, here is to notify the relevant issues as follows:
